Travel Time

So, after figuring out the time difference, I decided to calculate my travel time to and from Taiyuan. After figuring it out, I'm pretty sure I didn't actually want to know.

From Eugene, OR to Taiyuan, CHINA = 27.5 hrs

*Leave Eugene, OR @ 2:27pm on May 24
*Arrive in Taiyuan, CHINA @ 8:55am on May 26

From Taiyuan, CHINA to Eugene, OR = 37.0 hrs

*Leave Taiyuan, CHINA @ 8:50pm on June 2
*Arrive in Eugene, OR @6:45pm on June 3

Time

Taiyuan, CHINA is 15 hours ahead of my home town of Eugene, OR just in case any of you were curious.

Travel Plans SET

Well it is coming down to the wire and it appears that all my travel plans are in order. I have my plane tickets in my hot little hands, I have my Visa to enter China, I have my accomadations package set. All I have to do now is pack and get on the airplane. I am nervous but I am also very excited. I will try to keep my blog updated while I am in China, so check back often.
